Angus Houston TEP
Angus is a registered trust and estate practitioner and founder of Pavilion Row.
He sits on the regional STEP committee and is also helping with their quest to raise the standards of non-lawyer will writers.
His objective for Pavilion Row is to demystify and modernise many of the existing practices seen in the Probate and Will industry.
Prior to qualifying as a trust and estate practitioner Angus spent many years working in Business Process Outsourcing. He has used this experience to develop Pavilion Row Corporate, a probate and will outsourcing service for the professional market.
Jeremy Clough, TEP G.Inst.L.Ex. SFE
Jeremy runs our probate and estate administration team. He has a wealth of experience, having started his career in 1987. Since then he has worked in probate administration for a number of large and small firms of solicitors, and joined the team at Pavilion Row in 2009.
He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX), and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
Jeremy is committed to providing the best possible personal service and advice. His approach is professional, flexible and understanding. For him, people are as important as the legal process.
Nicola Houston
Nicola is responsible for how our services are delivered and all aspects of marketing. She has 20 years experience within the financial wholesale markets including roles at a number of international banks and financial brokers.
She has held senior global roles within customer advisory, customer service, product development and marketing, some of which have required her to be regulated and monitored by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
Nicola has joined the team with the mandate to use her combined knowledge and experience to ensure that our service is compliant, adheres to best practices and provides customers with what they want.
