A will offers you a CHOICE in determining who inherits your wealth and possessions, who you would like as your children’s guardians and who you wish to deal with your affairs when you die (your executors).  If you fail to make a will the State effectively makes these choices for you according to a set of predefined rules.

Pavilion Row provide a service, specialising in the planning and preparation of wills, which helps guide you through the process of making these choices and ensures that your will reflects your wishes. To guarantee that best advice is given all advisers are required to study for exams with the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (S.T.E.P) and where appropriate we will work with other tax, financial and legal specialists including your own.

All costs for the service are known upfront and we are happy to provide an initial free consultation via telephone or e-mail to help you determine what choices you need to make and the costs involved in making your will. Click here if you wish an adviser to contact you.
