Managing Director

I made the decision to retrain as a Trust and Estate Practitioner and set up Pavilion Row in 2008 as a result of personal experience. I felt that this was an area that could be done so much better.

Dealing with Wills and probate are both areas where it is important to have knowledge, as well as sensitivity and the ability to work with people at a personal level.

Only by knowing the right questions to ask and understanding the importance of the answers can we be sure that we give the correct advice for what our clients need and want. For this reason, the company was founded on the basis that all our advisers are qualified to the highest level through the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

I have worked closely with STEP to help raise the standards in the industry and to introduce a high-level Will Advice qualification.

My business only exists because of our clients and I expect to deliver the same high standards of service and clarity that I would want for me and my family.

Probate Manager

I specialise in administering the estates of those who have died, so I have a great deal of contact with the executor, who often is a family member or friend.

The role requires a thorough, methodical and accurate approach as well as sensitivity when dealing with people at a very stressful time.

The most important part of my job is balancing the requirements of the beneficiaries, which can often be different, such as when both family and charities are involved. I have over 25 years of experience, so there aren’t many situations that I haven’t encountered and dealt with during this time.

At Pavilion Row, each of our practitioners focuses on a specific area of expertise. But at the same time, we work closely as a team, especially when the expertise of more than one person is required.

Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives | Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners

Operations Director

My role at Pavilion Row is to develop and oversee the customer service and operations side of the business.

I want to be sure that we follow up accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner, so that the whole experience of using our service is easy and effortless for both our client and their adviser.

People trust us with their highly personal aspirations and their advisers trust us with their clients. So ensuring that people leave with the feeling that they have received excellent advice, at good value, from qualified, experienced and friendly people is our service goal on a daily basis.

I have worked previously providing regulated advice to clients so I know the importance of being upfront and clear about what we deliver and making sure that our clients receive the right advice for them.

Trust and Estate Practitioner

I have over 15 years working in Private Client Law dealing with estate administration, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trust administration. At Pavilion Row my main area of specialism is advising on planning through Wills, powers of attorney and court of protection, and use of trusts either through Wills or life-time planning.

It is important for me that all clients are treated equally and as individuals. This means investing time to get to know them, their family and their needs.

I am very passionate about Dementia care and research and understand that sometimes people and their family can feel very vulnerable. It is very rewarding to know that I have helped clients put in place documents that they may have put off for years and that their wishes are now legally documented and their families are protected should worst happen.

What I particularly like about being at Pavilion Row is the way we work as a team sharing knowledge and information to ensure that the client receives the best possible advice.

Senior Office Administrator

I studied law at university before embarking in a career in Conveyancing. However, I wanted to work in a more client focussed environment where I would have opportunity to get to know the client and feel like I have made a difference.

At Pavilion Row I am the first point of contact for all our clients; introducing them to Pavilion Row and making sure that we deal with their queries as quickly and efficiently as possible.  I am passionate about delivering excellent client service and work closely with and support our advisers to enable us to deliver this.

I like that as a firm we are willing to go the extra mile, and provide a bespoke and very personal service to both the client and our introducers.
