Pavilion Row are specialists in Wills, Probate and Trusts.
We are a niche private client law firm focussing on delivering great service at a fair price with expert advice.
We believe that all clients deserve the best possible advice, whatever their circumstances, therefore all our advisers undertake additional specialist study through STEP qualifications (see below).
We like talking to our clients and encourage you to call. Our fees are known at the outset with no restriction on the number of times you can speak with your adviser. We want to ensure that you have understood the advice and are happy with what we are delivering to you.
We are authorised and regulated under the provisions of the Legal Services Act 2007 by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC). The CLC is a regulatory body with the same authority and powers as the Solicitor Regulatory Authority, but only regulate the field of Conveyancing and Probate. This is why we chose them as our Regulator, as we feel they are better placed to understand the needs of both our firm and our clients.
The Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is a global professional body, comprising lawyers, accountants, trustees and other practitioners that help families plan for their futures. They set and uphold high professional standards, training and education for their members.
STEP members are internationally recognised as experts in their field, with proven qualifications and experience. This is why we ensure all our advisers are members of STEP and we support them through the STEP education programme.
Pavilion Row was also one of the first STEP Employer Partners, whereby our training and development programme has been accredited by STEP.
We always strive to provide the best service we can and encourage clients to call us if they are feeling dissatisfied. However, if for any reason you do wish to complain, please click here for details of our complaints procedure.
