My role at Pavilion Row is to develop and oversee the customer service and operations side of the business.
I want to be sure that we follow up accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner, so that the whole experience of using our service is easy and effortless for both our client and their adviser.

I have worked previously providing regulated advice to clients so I know the importance of being upfront and clear about what we deliver and making sure that our clients receive the right advice for them.
