You will always speak with a STEP qualified adviser who will be your main point of contact. Our fees are fixed for Wills and LPA and there is no pressure to complete your documents until you are comfortable that they meet your requirements. Probate fees are capped and based solely on the work to be done so you know what you are getting and that you are being treated fairly.
